Personal Philosophy
I believe that Sport and Exercise Medicine explores the question of holistic health optimisation (often in the pursuit of athletic performance) more broadly and comprehensively than any other evidence based medical discipline.

Exploring holistic optimisation in health, recovery and regeneration of the human body is the foundation of my practice with my patients and athletes as well as the philosophy I opt for myself.

In my own time, self care takes the form of physical, cognitive and spiritual pursuits. These are not necessarily exclusive!
